As part of the agreement with the new water authority SDCRWA, Flint Ridge is Allocated $30,000 per year for the future water line extensions for new residential structures. Part of these monies will be used to assist residents who have purchased a lot that does not have an existing water line on their road. Flint Ridge Property Owners Association will reimburse up to $5000 after completion of the foundation of the new residential structure. Specific requirements, conditions and qualifications for use of capital improvement fund are available to all current and future owners.
