When the most recent POA bills were sent out, there were some that had errors in the amount due.  If you received a billing statement that you owed $5.00 or if you have tried to pay through the Flint Ridge website and the portal has stated that you have a $0.00 balance, please call the POA office at 918-597-2101 to pay the correct amount owed, and avoid late fees.  The errors were on the part of an automated billing service contractor.  We are working with them to rectify the situation.
