ANNUAL POA MEMBERSHIP MEETING--Saturday, May 25th, 2013.  Membership meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. at the Deer Valley Clubhouse.  Voting for the Board of Directors begins at 9:00 a.m. till 11:30 a.m. in the pub located to the side of the restaurant.  The vote for the Proposed Covenants will take place during the Membership meeting. You must be present to vote on the Proposed Covenants.  You can vote for the Board of Directors by absentee ballots, which will be available May 1st. 

New Proposed Covenants  can be viewed by going to Corporate Documents.    The Vote for the Proposed Covenants will be on Saturday, May 25th at the Annual POA Meeting.

 IMPORTANT: There are a variety of lots now for sale by the POA.  100 lots now available in block 24 located right above the golf course.  For more information call our sales team 918-871-9101.  If you are considering the purchase of any property in Flint Ridge, not owned by the POA, please inquire with either the Adair County Treasurer's office at 918-696-7551, or the Delaware County Treasure's office at 918-253-4533 to verify whether taxes are current or delinquent on the property, and with the Flint Ridge office at 918-597-2101 to verify whether property dues are current or delinquent on the property.  

Deer Valley Restaurant and Pub Open:

The Deer Valley Restaurant and Pub is open from7:00 am till 2:00 pm daily, Tuesday through Sunday (Closed Mondays).  The family style restaurant will offer a full breakfast and lunch menu to choose from.  Janet Eason is the Restaurant Manager.  For more information please call 918-597-3637.
