Architectual Control Committee
If you are planning to do any work to your property or home, you should first call the ACC to make sure you are in compliance with the Covenants. Whether you are planning a small job, such as removing trees, adding a storage building or carport, or a large job, adding a new room, a garage or any updates, a permit is required. Permit applications are available at the POA office. The ACC meets every Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the POA office building.
